24th-26th November 2023:

3 days of Live Learning

Practical workshops recapping and further exploring the principles discussed in the online content

  • Application of principles to Exercise Analysis and Design
  • Use of cues to improve execution

Your Instructors

Alex is a Resistance Training Specialist and Muscle Activation Techniques Practitioner.

He has spent his career focusing on optimising exercise technique and helping individuals and athletes perform at the highest level. He has
worked with professional golfers and tennis players as well as Cricket, AFL and NRL players.

Alex has spent the last 5 years delivering exercise education courses and certifications with a number of institutions in Australia.

Shane Harvey is the only Australian to have
completed the Resistance Training Specialist Mastery Certification, which is the pinnacle of exercise mechanics globally.

​During his studies in the USA he also completed Muscle Activation Techniques
used by the Denver Broncos NFL team and many elite USA athletes.

For 10 years Shane has been refining his skills and knowledge, constantly challenging and questioning the methods used for rehabilitation and athletic performance.
